Hindi is the official language of India. The objective of the Master of Arts program in Hindi is to enable the students to meet various demands that may arise in accelerating the progressive use of Hindi language in general and the spread and development of Hindi Literature in particular. |

The candidates, who opt for Project Work, have to take a Project in the relevant area of the course. One copy of the Project report with a minimum of 75 pages should be submitted to the Controller of Examinations, Pondicherry University, Puducherry - 605 014, one week before the commencement of the examination. |

Eligibility |

A candidate shall be eligible for admission to Post Graduate Degree Courses provided that he/she has passed any Degree from a recognized University by studying at least 15 years to obtain his/her Bachelor's Degree. |
