Admission Requirements:
  • Graduates / PGs in Business Management, Commerce or related subjects
  • Engineering Graduates (Four years full time program)
  • Other stream Graduates with a minimum of 2 years Executive experience
  • Diploma (3 years- Govt. recognised) holders with a minimum of 3 years work experience

 
Option for Other Graduates

Duration: Have to undergo an 8 months programme (Graduate Certificate in Management) at BMA instead of 2 months MPC.

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

  • 40 % Written Examination
  • 30% Group Assignment
  • 20% Individual Assignment
  • 10% Class Participation

Attendance

As per Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA), Singapore 90% attendance is compulsory for all the students.
 
 
SHRI Certification
  • PGD in Human Capital Management will be awarded by Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), Singapore upon successful completion of the program and graduates may use the title PGDHCM after their names.
 
Student Membership
