The PGDGBA program is divided into three modules. For completion of PGDGBA, the participant will have to complete all three

International HR Module - 4 Months Program
- Module 1 : Human Resources Management Overview and Strategy (Organizational Strategy and Change Management)
- Module 2 : Human Resources Management (HRM)/ Human Resources Management (HRD) (International)
- Module 3 : Human Resources Management (HRM) (Compensation)
- Module 4 : Human Resources Management (HRM) (Performance Management & Work Re-Design)
Training & Development Module - 4 Months Program
- Module 1 : HRIS and Internal Consultants
- Module 2 : (a) Training Needs Analysis
(b) Training Evaluation
(c) Train the Trainers
- Module 3 : International Employee Relations
- Module 4 : Advanced Employee Relations
Talent Management Module - 4 Months Program
- Module 1: HRM (Talent Management)
- Module 2 : Team Management (Leadership, Influence & Power)
- Module 3 : Management of Workplace Conflict (Conflict Resolution Process)
- Module 4 : HRM (HR Planning/Selection & Promotion)
Admission Process
- Download application form , fill it and send it to us along with a Banker’s Draft for SGD 214/- in favour of “Singapore Human Resources Institute” payable at Singapore
- Send two copies of educational certificates, passport copy (if available), birth certificate and three passport photographs along with the application
- After scrutiny of your application, your application shall be forwarded to SHRI
- SHRI will send you a confirmation letter and the receipt for the registration amount
- We will start the immigration process on confirmation from SHRI.
Attendance
As per Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA), Singapore 90% attendance is compulsory for all the students.
SHRI Certification
Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Administration will be awarded by Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), Singapore upon successful completion of the program and graduates may use the title PGDGBA after their names.
Student Membership
All PGDGBA Students will be offered SHRI Student membership for the course period. Terms apply.

For international students, you are required to submit the following:

3. Two copies of passport, birth certificate, education certificates & transcripts and latest bank statement
4. Four passport-size photos
5. Requisite payment**
Please note that all applications require 1.5 months to process and should be submitted to SHRI 2 months prior to the orientation/course commencement date.

Course Withdrawal and Refund Policy |
|
|
|
|
|
Students who wish to withdraw or transfer to another course must notify SHRI in writing prior to the orientation/ commencement of the course. Application/Processing fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. The following penalties on withdrawal apply: |

International students who withdraw from the course must surrender their student pass to the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA) immediately. |
