The selection process comprises of three components namely Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. All the components of the selection process are equally important and your admission will be based on your performance in the same.
The Aptitude Test will be designed to measure your verbal abilities (English language competence), logical abilities, analytical abilities, and business awareness and decision making skills.
The Group discussion will test your ability to articulate ideas relating to the topic given, ability to convey your ideas to others, ability to listen to other’s ideas and communication ability in a group setting. At the end of the discussion you will be expected to summaries, what transpired during the discussion.
The Personal Interview will measure your managerial potential, general awareness and subject knowledge relating to your Degree.
4. Note: In some cases telephonic interviews are conducted but only as an exception to the rule for the International students and students who not accessible to the different fixed locations.
