Our placement facilitation is a year round activity, carried out by a dedicated team of professionals. The team’s objective is to provide is to provide a continuum of services, liaise with industry to understand contemporary requirements, co-ordinate with the academic section to ensure that students receive the requisite skills, arrange industry visits, invite business leaders and professionals to interact with students, and interface with alumni to identify emerging opportunities. Campus recruitment at BMA allows the corporate leaders to conduct interviews here and we arrange for students to attend interviews at the different Corporate Houses in and around Bangalore.

Pre Placement Training Programme

The Pre-Placement programme is an intense training programme for creating a competitive edge in the corporate selection process. Our aim is to ensure that each student gains success in the job interview/assessment.

The Pre-placement programme starts with identification of the skills required for the transition to corporate life and uses a blend of teaching and behaviour modification training to create learning. Focus is on Employability Enhancement and Placement. This is the logical progression from the Soft Skill classes, which span from the exploration of the “SELF”, to the exploration of the intricacies of “BEING A PROFESSIONAL”.

The students will be introduced to the Placement process and explore the concept of “Job Fitment” and gain insights in the expectations of the corporate world for a particular role. We will help each student analyse his/her own strengths, ability, skills and interest areas, which would ensure an effective fitment for the chosen career. We will ensure that student comprehends the competencies required for a given role so that they can highlight them in the interview. Multiple rounds of Group Discussions and Simulated Interviews to impart the best techniques for success follow this.

The training is imparted through a mix of classroom sessions, simulations and rigorous one-to-one coaching, to prepare the student for every step in corporate selection process.
