BMA offers the job; the candidate works over the week and studies on Sundays. Students currently working in the Industry with less than 2 years of experience are also eligible for this program.

The Program is unique in allowing the candidate enough time to Study and at the same time to concentrate on his/her job. The Organization assures the candidate a transfer-free 2 year period. Sundays will be set aside specifically for studies and a growth chart provided to the candidate by the Organization.

At the end of the program, the candidate has 2 years of work experience and a regular full-time 2 year MBA from an internationally renowned university.

Bank Loans from HDFC / Credila / SBM / IDBI are also available to the candidates allowing for repayments over 4 - 7 years.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING

• Download the Application Form from the website
• Fill-up the Application Form attach photocopies of relevant Marks Cards
• Attach the Application Processing fee of Rs. 1,000 (By "At Par Cheque" / DD payable to Bangalore Management Academy at Bangalore)
• Application Form and the Envelope should be subscribed with the heading - "THE WORK AND LEARN PROGRAMME"
• Mail / Courier your completed Application form to BMA on the below address

CONDITIONS

• Every candidate must possess 50% or above marks in his/her degree
• A Valid CAT/MAT/XAT score will exempt the candidate from the Aptitude/English Test
• Job Interview will be fixed only on clearing the BMA Admission Procedure
• Clearing the interview with BMA is not an automatic guarantee for a Job
• Jobs will be offered based on the candidates employability
• The Interview process may vary from organization to organization
• The salaries and the Job roles will be as per the organizational requirements
• The selected candidate will be governed by the rules and regulations of the Organization selected for
• The Job offer will depend upon the communication/ Technical levels of the candidate
• The Candidate needs to report to duty on the assigned date and will join college on the nearest intake date
